Our Mission & Approach
We believe counselors and educators should have the control of AI instead of students going to unsupervised AI therapists.
Our mission is to increase student access to school-based mental health counseling and SEL through supportive AI tools. Developed by psychologists, counselors and behavioral technology experts, our approach prioritizes safety and transparency. The AI assistant utilizes Solution-Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and, when paired with a school counselor, can help support students achieve their social and emotional learning goals.
